Diabetes Day, Therapeutics, Technology and Surgery, is presented by the Cleveland Clinic Department of Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism to provide up-to-date reviews of management strategies and research on the complications of diabetes. Key topic areas that will be addressed include impact of marijuana on diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA), new therapeutic options to manage diabetes and its complications, and current guidelines for treating lipid disorders. The goal of this symposium is to increase practitioners’ competence and clinical performance to treat diabetes and it’s complications and, ultimately, to improve patient outcomes.

NDORI is located on the Tradition Medical City Campus between William Carey’s Tradition Campus and MGCCC’s Nursing School (Bryant Center) off of MS-67.
This activity is designed for primary care physicians, endocrinologists, diabetes educators, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, dietitians, and other health care professionals who care for patients with diabetes.
